- We had an amazing Saturday in New Rochelle as 113 volunteers gathered to help #EndHomeFires during our Metro New York North Chapter Sound the Alarm event.
- News 12 reported on the Red Cross assisting 2 families after a fire on 68th street in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
- The Long Island Herald had an in-depth report on how the #LIRedCross provided emergency assistance after a fire in Glen Cove on April 17.
- We shared this video highlighting the #LIRedCross response to a carbon monoxide leak in Brentwood.
- Last Wednesday, we held our third and final volunteer recognition event of the year at the Cradle of Aviation Museum.
- We teamed up with Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano to #EndHomeFires by installing free smoke alarms and recording a PSA to raise awareness.
- For the Month of the Military Child, our Service to the Armed Forces volunteers were thrilled to join the community at Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn for their annual color run to celebrate the month.
