Over the last seven days, the Greater New York Red Cross has provided emergency assistance to 135 adults and 54 children following 50 local disaster responses. Here are some highlights from last week and a preview of upcoming activities. (See below)

  • Jan 18: The virtual Pillowcase Project is a free interactive preparedness program designed for children in grades 3 through 5. Co-hosted by NY Councilmember Mercedes Narcisse
  • Jan 21: Red Cross will be featured again in this year’s Operation 7: Save a Life program about emergency preparedness. Tune in Jan 21 at 7pm on ABC7NY.
